Temporary Vital Records Hours - Effective June 3
Monday–Thursday, 8AM–1PM. Closed Fridays. Outside these hours, services are available through Pueblo Dept. of Public Health (101 W. 9th St, Pueblo, 719-583-4555), Chaffee County Vital Records (448 E. First St, Salida, 719-539-4510), or VitalChek.com (allow 7–14 days for processing).
