Vaccination Services Available for All Fremont County Students

The Fremont County Department of Public Health & Environment will be offering back-to-school immunization clinics at Harrison Elementary School to help families prepare for the 2025-26 school year. These convenient clinics provide an opportunity for children to receive required immunizations during back-to-school registration.


Clinic Schedule

We'll be offering immunization services at Harrison Elementary School on the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, July 29th
    9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

  • Wednesday, July 30th
    10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Thursday, July 31st
    11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Available Immunizations

Our clinics will provide all school-required vaccines to ensure your child meets Colorado's immunization requirements:

  • Kinrix (DTaP & Polio)
    Combined vaccine for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and polio

  • DTaP / TDaP
    Protection against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough)

  • MMRV (MMR & VAR)
    Combined measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (chickenpox) vaccine

  • MMR
    Measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine

  • Varicella (VAR)
    Chickenpox vaccine

  • Polio
    Inactivated poliovirus vaccine

  • Hepatitis B
    Protection against hepatitis B virus

Insurance and Payment

We accept most insurance plans and utilize state VFC (Vaccines for Children) programs for underinsured and uninsured children. No child will be turned away due to inability to pay. To ensure smooth service, please contact your insurance carrier before attending to verify coverage and bring your insurance information and any required copay to the clinic.
